Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms apply to koshinetechlabs.com, the website of Koshine Tech Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By using this site or contacting us through it, you agree to them.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you book a demo through our contact page or write to us by email, we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • the meeting time you select; and
  • anything else you tell us, such as your company name or what you would like to discuss.

How we use it

We use these details only to:

  • reply to your enquiry;
  • schedule and hold the meeting you asked for; and
  • follow up with you about ZeroExport, ZeroExport Ask Agent, or the onboarding and support you asked about.

We do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

We do not share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. It is used only by Koshine Tech Labs for the purposes above.

Our booking form is provided by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter so the meeting can be scheduled. We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to work with you. You can ask us at any time for a copy of the details we hold about you, or to correct or delete them, by writing to info@koshinetechlabs.com.

The content on this site is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but we make no guarantee that it is complete or current, and it is provided “as is”. The content, names, and logos on this site belong to Koshine Tech Labs and may not be reused without our permission.

These terms cover this website only. Your use of ZeroExport and ZeroExport Ask Agent is governed by the terms provided with those products.
